Versom is a boutique engineering consultancy based in Belgium. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at jeff.somers@versom.be.

When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name (optional)
  • The message you send us

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any other form of passive data collection.

3. How we use your data

We use your contact details solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Third-party processors

Your contact form submission is delivered via Resend (resend.com), an email delivery service. Resend processes your data on our behalf and is bound by a data processing agreement. Resend is GDPR-compliant and stores data in the EU.

5. Data retention

We retain your contact information only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up communication. If no business relationship is established, your data is deleted within 12 months of your last contact.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability
